Welcome to StemAllDay! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StemAllDay web service ("Service"). By accessing or using StemAllDay, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About StemAllDay
StemAllDay is a micro-analytics SaaS platform for indie developers that allows users to:
- Connect databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase) for subscriber tracking
- View subscriber analytics dashboards with daily insights
- Monitor growth trends and key metrics
- Set up with minimal configuration in approximately 30 seconds
StemAllDay is provided by Appbridge.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any features of StemAllDay, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You have the authority to connect the databases you provide
- You are responsible for the security of the database credentials you provide
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
3. Account and Usage
3.1 Account Creation
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3.2 Database Connections
When connecting your database to StemAllDay:
- You represent that you have authorization to connect the database and share its data with StemAllDay
- You are responsible for providing appropriate (preferably read-only) credentials
- You acknowledge that StemAllDay will query your database to retrieve analytics data
- You can disconnect and remove credentials at any time
3.3 Free and Paid Tiers
Free Tier: 1 project, all features, no time limit.
Paid Tiers: Additional projects and enhanced features as described on our pricing page. Subscription terms follow standard billing practices.
4. User Conduct
4.1 You May NOT:
- Provide database credentials that you are not authorized to use
- Use the Service to access databases without proper authorization
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the free tier
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
- Share your account with multiple users without proper authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in StemAllDay, including the analytics engine, dashboard design, code, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and branding are owned by Appbridge.
Your Data: You retain all rights to the data in your databases. Analytics and insights generated by StemAllDay from your data are provided for your use.
6. Disclaimers
6.1 "AS IS" Service
StemAllDay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
6.2 Data Accuracy
Analytics results depend on the data in your database. We do not guarantee the accuracy of analytics if the underlying data is incomplete, corrupted, or incorrectly structured.
6.3 Database Security
While we encrypt your database credentials, you are ultimately responsible for the security of your databases. We recommend using read-only credentials with minimal permissions.
6.4 Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Database query performance depends on your database infrastructure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, database security breaches originating from factors outside our control, loss of business or revenue, or service interruptions.
8. Termination
By You: You may stop using the Service at any time. Delete your account to remove all stored credentials and analytics data.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations or abuse of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or through the Service dashboard.
