STEMALLDAY PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

StemAllDay ("we," "our," or "us") is a micro-analytics SaaS platform for indie developers, developed by Appbridge. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the StemAllDay web service (the "Service").

By using StemAllDay, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: Email address, username, password (stored in encrypted form)
  • Profile Information: Display name, organization/project name (optional)
  • Project Configuration: Project names, database type selections, dashboard configurations

2.2 Database Connection Credentials

Important: Database Connection Information

To provide analytics, StemAllDay requires connection credentials for your database. We support:

  • MongoDB: Connection URI strings
  • PostgreSQL: Host, port, database name, username, password
  • Firebase: Project ID, service account credentials
  • Supabase: Project URL, API keys

How we handle database credentials:

  • All connection credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption (AES-256)
  • Credentials are transmitted exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
  • We access your database in read-only mode to query subscriber and analytics data
  • We do NOT modify, delete, or write any data to your database
  • We recommend creating dedicated read-only database users for StemAllDay connections
  • You can revoke access at any time by removing or updating your credentials

2.3 Analytics Data Retrieved from Your Database

  • Subscriber counts and growth metrics
  • User registration timestamps and trends
  • Aggregate usage statistics as configured by you

We do NOT access or store: End-user personal data (names, emails, addresses) from your database beyond what is needed for aggregate count metrics. We access only the collections/tables you configure for tracking.

2.4 Information Collected Automatically

  • Browser Information: Browser type, version, operating system
  • Usage Information: Dashboard views, features used, analytics queries run
  • Performance Data: Page load times, error logs

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Connect to your databases and retrieve subscriber analytics data
  • Generate daily insights and analytics dashboards
  • Display subscriber growth trends and metrics
  • Send daily or periodic analytics summaries (if enabled)
  • Process subscription payments for premium tiers
  • Diagnose technical issues and improve service performance
  • Communicate updates and respond to support requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or your database credentials to third parties.

4.1 Service Providers

  • Cloud hosting providers for our infrastructure
  • Payment processors for subscription billing

4.2 What We Never Share

  • Your database connection credentials are never shared with any third party
  • Your analytics data is never shared with other StemAllDay users
  • Your subscribers' data is never shared externally

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law.

5. Data Security

  • AES-256 encryption for stored database credentials
  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all connections
  • Secure password hashing for user accounts
  • Token-based authentication
  • Read-only database access patterns
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Access controls and audit logging

6. Data Retention

Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Database Credentials: Encrypted and retained while your project is active. Permanently deleted when you remove the project or delete your account.

Analytics Data: Historical analytics snapshots are retained based on your plan tier. You can export or delete analytics data at any time.

7. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal information and stored credentials (in encrypted form)
  • Correction: Update your profile and project configurations
  • Deletion: Delete your account, projects, and all stored credentials at any time
  • Revoke Access: Remove or update database credentials at any time to revoke our access
  • Data Export: Export your analytics data

8. Children’s Privacy

StemAllDay is a business tool intended for developers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service dashboard.
