SPRINT RUN TERMS OF SERVICE & END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

3.1 Account Creation

To use Sprint Run, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information (email, username, password)
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Google Sign-In

If you use Google Sign-In:

• You authorize us to access your basic Google profile information
• Your use is also subject to Google's Terms of Service

4.1 Subscription Overview

Sprint Run Pro is a premium auto-renewable subscription that provides access to enhanced features.

4.2 Subscription Features

• Unlock all AI Shadow difficulties (Recent Best, Personal Best, Replay)
• Past run replay mode
• Advanced analytics dashboard
• Ad-free experience
• Unlimited weekly AI Shadow usage

4.3 Subscription Terms (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

• Subscription Title: Sprint Run Pro (Monthly Auto-Renewable Subscription)
• Length of Subscription: 1 month per billing cycle (auto-renewable).
• Price of Subscription: The current price is displayed within the App on the subscription purchase screen before purchase, in your local currency set by Apple's App Store or Google Play.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen package.
• Free Trial (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings:
  • iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Sprint Run Pro
  • Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Sprint Run Pro
  Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a period.
• Refunds: Refunds are governed by the applicable store's refund policy (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not process refunds directly.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will be communicated to you in advance through the App or by email, and will not take effect until the following billing period.
• Privacy Policy: Use of Sprint Run Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

4.4 Free Tier

Free users can access:

• Basic AI Shadow mode (Average You)
• Limited weekly AI Shadow runs (2 per week)
• Core running tracking and course features

Features marked as "PRO" require an active Sprint Run Pro subscription.

5.1 You May:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Track your own running activities
• Share and discover running courses
• Rate and review courses honestly

5.2 You May NOT:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or fraudulent information
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse features or ratings
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

6.1 Your Content

When you use Sprint Run, you may create:

• Running courses (GPS routes)
• Course ratings and reviews
• Comments and feedback
• Running diary entries

You retain all rights to your content.

6.2 License Grant

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

6.3 Content Standards

Your content must NOT:

• Contain offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language
• Violate any third party's rights
• Contain false or misleading information
• Include spam or advertising

6.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our standards.

7.1 GPS Tracking

Sprint Run uses GPS to:

• Track your running routes in real-time
• Calculate distance, pace, and other metrics
• Match your runs to existing courses
• Recommend nearby courses

7.2 Your Responsibilities

Safety First: Always be aware of your surroundings while running. Do not use the App while driving. Follow all local traffic and safety regulations. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during your runs.

7.3 Location Accuracy

GPS accuracy depends on your device and environmental factors. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Distances and routes are estimates.

8.1 Our Rights

All rights, title, and interest in Sprint Run, including App design, code, AI models, functionality, trademarks, logos, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App for personal purposes.

8.3 Your Data

Ownership of running data generated by you belongs to you.

12.1 "AS IS" Service

Sprint Run is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12.2 Health and Safety

Sprint Run is a tracking tool, NOT medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for injuries, health issues, or accidents. Always prioritize your safety while running.

12.3 Data Accuracy

GPS data may be inaccurate due to environmental factors. Statistics are estimates. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any data.

17.1 Acknowledgement

You and we acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Appbridge only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Appbridge, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the Sprint Run app ("Licensed Application") and its content. These Terms may not provide for usage rules for the Licensed Application that are in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the Effective Date of these Terms.

17.2 Scope of License

Appbridge grants you a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

17.3 Maintenance and Support

Appbridge is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in these Terms, or as required under applicable law. You and we acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

17.4 Warranty

Appbridge is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application.

17.5 Product Claims

You and we acknowledge that Appbridge, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of you or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

17.6 Intellectual Property Rights

You and we acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of that Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Appbridge, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

17.7 Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

17.8 Developer Name and Address

17.9 Third Party Terms of Agreement

You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application.

17.10 Third Party Beneficiary

You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
