Welcome to QuestMint! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuestMint mobile application ("App," "Service"). By accessing or using QuestMint, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About QuestMint
QuestMint is a wake-up challenge application that allows users to:
- Stake QST tokens on wake-up missions
- Complete wake-up verification through shake, math, and pattern challenges
- Earn rewards for successful wake-ups and forfeit stakes for failures
- Compete in 1v1 Duel battles and 2-5 player Party challenges
- Manage Mining Farm equipment for enhanced rewards and dividends
- Compete on streak and level leaderboards
QuestMint is provided by Appbridge.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any features of QuestMint, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You agree to comply with these Terms
- You are at least 14 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 14)
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
3. Account and Usage
3.1 Account Creation
To use QuestMint, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3.2 QST Tokens
QST tokens are in-app virtual currency used exclusively within QuestMint. QST tokens:
- Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
- Cannot be transferred to other users outside of app-designated features (Duel, Party)
- May be forfeited if you fail wake-up challenges
- May be earned through successful challenge completions, Mining Farm operations, and other in-app activities
We reserve the right to modify the QST token system, including reward rates, staking amounts, and Mining Farm parameters, at any time.
4. User Conduct
4.1 You May NOT:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages in token accumulation
- Use automated systems or bots to complete wake-up challenges
- Create multiple accounts to abuse token rewards or Duel/Party features
- Manipulate Duel or Party outcomes through collusion
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in QuestMint, including App design, code, functionality, QST token system, Mining Farm mechanics, trademarks, logos, and branding are owned by Appbridge and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Disclaimers
6.1 "AS IS" Service
QuestMint is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6.2 Token Value
QST tokens are virtual items with no real-world value. We make no guarantees regarding the future availability, value, or utility of QST tokens. The token economy may be modified or discontinued at any time.
6.3 Alarm Reliability
While we strive to ensure reliable alarm functionality, we are not responsible for missed alarms due to device settings, battery management, OS restrictions, or other factors outside our control. Do not rely solely on QuestMint for critical wake-up needs.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of QST tokens, missed wake-up challenges, or any consequences resulting from alarm failures.
8. Termination
By You: You may stop using the App at any time or delete your account. Upon account deletion, your QST token balance and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, exploit the token system, or engage in fraudulent activity. No refund of QST tokens or purchases will be provided upon termination for violation.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the Effective Date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Apple App Store Additional Terms (Apple Minimum Terms)
The following additional terms apply if you downloaded QuestMint from the Apple App Store.
12.1 Acknowledgement
These Terms are between you and Appbridge only, not Apple. Appbridge is solely responsible for the QuestMint app and its content.
12.2 Scope of License
Appbridge grants you a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
12.3 Maintenance and Support
Appbridge is solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
12.4 Warranty
Appbridge is solely responsible for product warranties. In the event of failure to conform to any warranty, Apple may refund the purchase price (if any).
12.5 Product Claims
Appbridge, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
12.6 Intellectual Property
Appbridge is solely responsible for investigating and resolving any intellectual property infringement claims related to the app.
12.7 Third Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
