Welcome to FundPlatter! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FundPlatter mobile application ("App," "Service"). By accessing or using FundPlatter, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About FundPlatter
FundPlatter is a portfolio optimization application that allows users to:
- Optimize portfolios using Mean-Variance Optimization (MVO) and Risk Parity models
- Analyze and search across 900+ Korean ETFs
- Perform backtesting with up to 10 years of historical data
- Generate rebalancing guides comparing current vs. target allocations
- Complete investment style surveys for personalized recommendations
FundPlatter is provided by Appbridge.

FundPlatter is an educational and analytical tool ONLY. It is NOT investment advice.

- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- FundPlatter does not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio management services
- We are NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner
- You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions
- All investment decisions are made solely at your own risk
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data or analysis results
- Optimization models (MVO, Risk Parity) are mathematical tools with inherent limitations and assumptions that may not reflect real-world market conditions
3. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any features of FundPlatter, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms, including the Financial Disclaimer
- You understand that FundPlatter does NOT provide investment advice
- You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions
- You are at least 14 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 14)
4. Account and Usage
4.1 Account Creation
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
5. User Conduct
5.1 You May NOT:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Redistribute or resell optimization results or analysis data commercially
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App or scrape data
- Attempt to reverse engineer our optimization algorithms
- Misrepresent FundPlatter analysis as professional investment advice
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in FundPlatter, including optimization algorithms, App design, code, data visualizations, trademarks, logos, and branding are owned by Appbridge.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Market data displayed in FundPlatter is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their terms and conditions.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 "AS IS" Service
FundPlatter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2 No Investment Advice
FundPlatter is NOT a substitute for professional financial advice. Optimization results are generated by mathematical models that have inherent limitations. We do not guarantee any specific investment outcomes.
7.3 Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, market data and calculations may contain errors or delays. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of ETF data, historical prices, or optimization results.
7.4 No Guarantees of Returns
Backtesting results reflect historical data only and do not predict future performance. Sharpe ratios, expected returns, and other metrics are theoretical calculations, not guarantees.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appbridge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Investment losses resulting from reliance on FundPlatter analysis or optimization results
- Errors or inaccuracies in market data, calculations, or recommendations
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data loss
You acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at your own risk and that Appbridge bears no responsibility for any financial outcomes.
9. Termination
By You: You may stop using the App at any time or delete your account.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Apple App Store Additional Terms (Apple Minimum Terms)
The following additional terms apply if you downloaded FundPlatter from the Apple App Store.
13.1 Acknowledgement
These Terms are between you and Appbridge only, not Apple. Appbridge is solely responsible for the FundPlatter app and its content.
13.2 Scope of License
Appbridge grants you a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control.
13.3 Maintenance and Support
Appbridge is solely responsible for maintenance and support.
13.4 Warranty
Appbridge is solely responsible for product warranties.
13.5 Product Claims
Appbridge, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app.
13.6 Intellectual Property
Appbridge is responsible for intellectual property infringement claims.
13.7 Third Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
