1. About StyleMe AI
StyleMe AI is an AI-powered body type analysis and fashion styling application that allows users to:
- Submit body photos for AI skeletal diagnosis and body type analysis
- Receive personalized neckline, fit, and silhouette recommendations
- Get weather-based daily outfit suggestions tailored to your body type
- Save styles and notes in your personal lookbook
- Complete skeletal diagnosis surveys for detailed body type reports
StyleMe AI is provided by Appbridge.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any features of StyleMe AI, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You consent to the collection and processing of body photographs and measurements as described in our Privacy Policy
- You are at least 14 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 14)
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
3. Account and Usage
3.1 Account Creation
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3.2 Body Photo Submissions
When submitting body photos for analysis:
- You must only submit photos of yourself
- You must not submit photos of other individuals without their explicit consent
- You must not submit photos of minors under 13
- Photos should be taken in appropriate attire for body type analysis
4. User Conduct
4.1 You May NOT:
- Submit photos of other people without their consent
- Submit inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms
- Redistribute AI analysis results commercially
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in StyleMe AI, including AI models, body type analysis algorithms, App design, code, style recommendation systems, trademarks, logos, and branding are owned by Appbridge.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your Data: You retain all rights to your body photographs. Our analysis results and recommendations based on your data are provided for your personal use only.
6. Disclaimers
6.1 "AS IS" Service
StyleMe AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
6.2 AI Analysis Accuracy
Body type analysis and style recommendations are generated by AI models and may not be 100% accurate. Results should be considered as suggestions, not definitive assessments. Body type classifications are general categories and individual results may vary.
6.3 Not Medical or Professional Advice
StyleMe AI provides fashion and styling guidance only. It is NOT a medical body assessment tool. Do not use StyleMe AI results to make health, dietary, or medical decisions.
6.4 Style Recommendations
Fashion recommendations are AI-generated suggestions based on general body type principles. Personal style is subjective, and our recommendations may not suit all preferences or occasions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages arising from inaccurate body type analysis, unsuitable style recommendations, or any emotional distress related to body analysis results.
8. Termination
By You: You may stop using the App at any time or delete your account. Upon deletion, all body photos, analysis data, and lookbook entries are permanently removed.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, including submission of inappropriate content.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

The following additional terms apply if you downloaded StyleMe AI from the Apple App Store.

These Terms are between you and Appbridge only, not Apple. Appbridge is solely responsible for the StyleMe AI app and its content.
12.2 Scope of License
Appbridge grants you a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control.
12.3 Maintenance and Support
Appbridge is solely responsible for maintenance and support.
12.4 Warranty
Appbridge is solely responsible for product warranties.
12.5 Product Claims
Appbridge, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app.
12.6 Intellectual Property
Appbridge is responsible for intellectual property infringement claims.
12.7 Third Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
