STYLEME AI PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

StyleMe AI ("we," "our," or "us") is an AI-powered body type analysis and fashion styling application developed by Appbridge. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the StyleMe AI mobile application (the "App").

Important: StyleMe AI collects and processes body photographs and body measurement data, which may be considered sensitive biometric information under certain laws. Please read this policy carefully before using the App.

By using StyleMe AI, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of body images and related data as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: Email address, username, password (stored in encrypted form)
  • Profile Information: Display name, profile picture (optional), gender, age range
  • Skeletal Diagnosis Survey: Responses to body type assessment questionnaire including bone structure, body proportions, and physical characteristics
  • Style Preferences: Preferred fashion styles, color preferences, lifestyle context

2.2 Sensitive Body Data

The following data may be considered sensitive biometric information:

  • Body Photographs: Front, side, and back body photos submitted for AI analysis
  • Body Measurements: Height, shoulder width, waist, hip measurements, and other body proportions derived from photos or survey responses
  • AI Analysis Results: Body type classification (e.g., straight, wave, natural), skeletal type diagnosis, silhouette analysis data

How we handle body photos:

  • Photos are processed by our AI model to determine body type and proportions
  • Photos are transmitted securely via encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
  • AI analysis is performed on secure servers
  • You can delete your body photos and analysis data at any time through in-app settings

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Style Recommendation Data: AI-generated outfit recommendations, lookbook saves, weather-based styling suggestions
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, app version
  • Usage Information: App interactions, features used, lookbook views and saves, style preference patterns
  • Location (Approximate): General location for weather-based outfit recommendations (not precise GPS)

2.4 Information from Third-Party Services

  • Apple Sign-In: Apple ID email (or relay email), display name
  • Weather Data Services: General weather information for your approximate location

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Perform AI body type analysis from submitted photographs and survey responses
  • Generate personalized skeletal diagnosis and body type reports
  • Recommend necklines, fits, silhouettes, and fashion styles suited to your body type
  • Provide weather-based daily outfit recommendations
  • Manage your lookbook (saved styles and silhouette notes)
  • Improve our AI analysis models (using anonymized, aggregated data only)
  • Diagnose technical issues and improve app performance
  • Communicate updates and respond to support requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, body photographs, or body measurement data to third parties.

4.1 What We Do NOT Share

  • We do NOT share your body photos with any third party
  • We do NOT share your body measurements or analysis results with any third party
  • We do NOT use your photos for advertising or marketing purposes
  • We do NOT use identifiable body data to train AI models shared externally

4.2 Service Providers (Limited)

  • Cloud hosting providers for secure data storage (encrypted at rest)
  • Apple for authentication and payment verification
  • Weather data providers (no personal data shared, only location queries)

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information only if required by law or court order.

5. Data Security

Given the sensitive nature of body data, we implement enhanced security measures:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all photo uploads and data transfers
  • Encrypted storage at rest for body photographs and analysis results
  • Secure password hashing
  • Token-based authentication
  • Access controls limiting who can access stored body data
  • Regular security assessments

6. Data Retention

Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Body Photos and Analysis: Retained while your account is active. You can delete all body photos and analysis data at any time through in-app settings. Upon account deletion, all body photos and analysis data are permanently deleted.

Lookbook Data: Saved styles are retained while your account is active and deleted upon account deletion.

7. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal information, including body analysis data
  • Correction: Update your profile, retake your skeletal diagnosis survey
  • Deletion: Delete your body photos, analysis results, or entire account at any time
  • Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent for body data processing at any time by deleting your data or account
  • Opt-Out: Disable notifications, disable weather-based location access

8. Children’s Privacy

StyleMe AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information or body data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted body photographs to our App, please contact us immediately for removal.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Given the sensitive nature of body data we collect, we will provide prominent notice of material changes through the App and may require re-consent for significant changes to body data handling practices.
